Understanding the levels of my brain activity
Thanks to doctor jithendra @psychologyintamil DrJithendravlog youtube channel about “subconscious mind reprogramming in tamil”

Through meditation, I am improving my listening and observing skills later I am started to notice my conversation with others sometimes people’s facial expression changes for a few secs and came back to normal.
when I investigated further I started to realise some of my words are harming them without my conscious, words slipping through my tongue. -> minimizing!
I found some of the repressed memories within me causing some serious issues like anxiety, anger and overthinking which drastically drains my energy. -> Healing myself
When I dipped with negative thoughts I tried autosuggestion methods
1. I video record myself and accept my fear, guilty etc. and then slowly improve my self-worth and learn from my mistakes.
2. I recollect what are the positive activity I have done in past.
Connecting with frequency
1. I discuss my problem with the inner circle and use that wisdom to solve it.
2. Sometimes I discuss some of the topics with people who have a lot of experience in that field.
