Finally!!! 😍😎🤗 I have completed 15 min of meditation for 21 days…
Today Started 16min of meditation… 2018 was a great year I have included meditation in my daily discipline
Form April 2nd 2018 – Dec 30th 2018(2 times restarted 9min and 15min)
Started in 5 min and now I end up completing 15 min of #meditation.
How meditation benefits me 😍.
10 months of meditation
1. It helping me to understand myself.
2. Improves my focus
3. It shows What are all my negativity and how to overcome them.
4. It helps me to spend more time on good things
5. It shows me what I exactly needed
6. I have read 10 books(3 fictional,4 fictional with self-help,2 non-fictional, 1 audiobook non-fictional)
7. Attend 2 social meetups
8. Started exploring more places around me(ancient temples, museum, standup comedy ..etc)
9. It Initiates me to do more good deeds
10. It makes me calm down and improves my observation
11. Listening self-help podcasts
12. Improves my relationship with my family and friends
13. Makes me think in wide pictures
14. Makes me a good listener
15. Practising #yoga
